howdy!
Zoë Williams is a multidisciplinary artist currently residing in Atlanta, Georgia. Z grew up along the coast of the Carolinas, with family in Carolina Beach, NC, and Myrtle Beach, SC. She earned a Bachelors of Fine Arts from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2020 in Illustration, minoring in Animation. Her work has been viewed in galleries throughout the Carolinas and Georgia. When she’s not working, Z loves spending time with her dog Goose, watching horror movies and enjoying a cold beer.
“I started making art around 2016, and I wanted to try every medium there was; this reflects in my work today. In my current body of work I really just want to explore and have fun with creating images. Stylistically I tend to bounce around for whatever project or series I’m working on, always trying to figure out the best way to attack an image so that it’s portrayed as effectively as needed. In most of my work I render in a figurative way, but I’m looking to blend realism with more abstract concepts and renderings in the future in order to explore style, and continue to grow.”
